Irene Oyang is an adventurer, photographer, and mental performance consultant for Red Bull. Growing up in Taiwan where the action sports industry was still at its inception, she always hungered for the more extremes of life. When reflecting on the things that make her feel intensely alive and human, a common thread emerges - a passion to acquire skillsets that allow her to experience the world in a novel way. The allure lies in accessing the hidden worlds within this world, the concealed corners that elude many, and transmuting these experiences into stories that connect and inspire. After moving to the US, she dove head first into adventure sports such as surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountaineering, and free diving.

As a mental performance consultant for Red Bull, Irene works at the cutting edge of human performance. She’s captivated by the stories of human potential, innovation, exploration, and transformation. Having spent years of her life exploring the terrains of the mind, Irene seeks to pull on the psychological threads of each unique human’s journey and to reflect the best of humanity within her stories.
